Where's my order?
Every order gets a tracking number as soon as it ships. Here's how to follow it:
- Check your inbox. We email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link the moment your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Look in your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
- Use your order page. Your order confirmation email has a View your order button that shows your latest status anytime. You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
- Still nothing? Email us at support@voreliqo.com with your order number and we'll check it for you.
What to expect
- Processing: check the processing information for your product.
- Delivery: check the estimate shown with your shipping option at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates.
- Tracking updates: new tracking numbers can take a few days to show their first scan. That's normal.
